TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
T&C Pricing:
All prices quoted for consumables/disposable are valid for 14 days from date of quote
All prices quoted for equipment are valid for 30 days from date of quote
Prices are subject to change without notice
All prices quoted will include a packing and handling fee for local deliveries only. Orders for delivery outside of Western Cape via courier subject to extra charge of R80 for extra packaging
Customers are to advise on exact delivery before placing order/s for correct packaging charge. Where no exact delivery is advised packaging will be for local delivery only.
Prices are quoted excluding vat and delivery
Vat is charged at 15%
T&C Quotes:
All quotation requests must be done via email. No prices are provided telephonically
Where pictures and specifications have not been supplied with quotations,the customer/client is request same.
Quotations are valid for the stipulated period indicated on the quote
All orders MUST be received in writing via email. No telephonic orders will be accepted or processed.
Manufacture lead time subject to change according to backlog or work load. Customer will be advised accordingly.
T&C Equipment:
All goods remain the property of WCP&ME until paid in full.
All purchases subject to 50% deposit when placing orders. No orders will be processed until 50% deposit reflects in bank account.
Cancellation of orders after manufacture process has started will be subject to a 50% of invoice cancellation fee.
Balance of payment to be made before despatch of order
Prices quoted does not include: vat or delivery

Deliveries to be made in accordance with scheduled delivery times of supplier and/or courier service within business hours only. (within RSA)
Orders ready for despatch to be collected must be done within 7 days of notification. Thereafter a daily storage fee of R120.00 ex vat will apply.
Exported orders ready for dispatch MUST be arranged by the customer/client.
Lead time: 2-4 weeks (small orders) 4-6 weeks (medium orders) or 6-8 weeks (larger orders) from date of order.
All prices are valid until further notice and can be changed at any time without notice
All quotations supplied will be according to specifications of supplier and accompanied with a picture, if available, or unless otherwise stated.
All orders placed to be in writing, either faxed or emailed.
Call out fees apply when client requires technical assistance or advice medical related to equipment. Inquire with office of call out fee at time of assistance
All call outs are schedule according to technicians availability
All deliveries are schedules according to company delivery schedule ONLY
All equipment/stock/orders delivered will be checked by company delivery representative in accordance with client or authorized representative of client
and once signed as accepted in good order, no further complaints of broken, incomplete or incorrect orders will be accepted, returned, refunded whatsoever.
Guarantees & Refunds:
No refunds or returns on Soft Goods orders
No refunds or returns on Mattresses sold under no circumstances due to hygience. Mattress sizes are manufacture according to bed sold or size supplied by client/s
No third party returns in case of Distributors where client/s cancell due to whatever reason whatsoever. Stock returned to distributor will have to be retained as surplus stock by Distributor
Soft Goods includes: Belts, Full Rolls, Half Rolls, Cushions, Harnesses, Weights & Straps
Returns & Refunds Accepted ONLY where it is a Factory Faults
1. Factory Fault Includes: Loose Stitching, Loose Elastics, Loose Binding, Torn Fabric caused by stitching (ONLY)
2. Factory Fault Returns only accepted upon proof of purchase (tax invoice)
3. Factory Fault Returns will be accepted within 3 days on invoice date ONLY
4. All Manufactured Items will carry a Factory Guarantee of 12 months (RSA ONLY)
5. 10% Handling fee applies (on invoice amount including vat) on ALL orders placed and invoiced, issued/collected/delivered and/or returned within stipulated return period.
This Guarantee DOES NOT cover items:
1. where the standard sizes and specifications have been altered due to customer special requests.
2. Incorrect items ordered.
3. where the items ordered are damaged due to incorrect use by the customer. To be avaluated by company technician.
4. Where it is proven that items/equipment was tampered or mis-used by client, a call out fee and labour cost will be levied on the client
5. Items damaged due to transport/courier or post including export
6. After sales abuse of items. This will be determined upon inspection by WCP&ME at the sole costs of the customer.
7. Where items have been altered by the customer in any way what so ever after the sale of the item/s, the guarantee will fall away and will be nul and void.
Terms and Conditions of sale: Consumables/Disposables
1. All quotations supplied is valid for 14 days only.
2. Prices are updated monthly and therefore no price lists will be emailed.
3. No returns on orders supplied
4. Lead time: 5-7 Days from date of official order subject to availability including full payment, unless otherwise indicated
5. No telephonics order will be accepted. All orders to be emailed or faxed.
6. All deliveries will be included and via courier service only, to be included in the quote, unless otherwise indicated by customer.
7. Deliveries to be made in accordance with scheduled delivery times of supplier/courier within business hours only.
8. No returns on opend or used items or if incorrectly ordered. Please make 100% sure that items ordered is/are correct. 10% Handling Fee applies on invoice amount in special case of returns

10. Subject to original packaging and in tact along with original tax invoice
Terms and Conditions of Rental:
1. Prices quoted valid for 30 days and subject to change without notice
2. Goods remain the property of WCP&ME
3. Rental rates charged strickly per month ONLY
4. Rental rates charged from booked date for the term indicated by the client
5. Each item to be returned in same condition as when received. Subject to inspection
6. Refundable deposit subject to all items being in the same condition when returned.
7. In the case of damage beyond repair. Full purchase price per item will be charged.
8. Items will be inspected and signed for when collected/delivered and when returned
9. The full amount quoted to be paid before collection/delivery of items
10. Proof of payment to be faxed or emailed before collection/delivery
11. Prices quoted DOES NOT include delivery unless requested by customer
12. Items not collected on invoice date will still be charged for unless arrangements have been made
13. Items to be returned before end of business day on date indicated on invoice
14. Items not returned on due date will be charged for unless arrangements have been made
